Dear Nuchido Team,
Dear Dr Nichola Conlon,
I find it easy to write a product review of Nuchido Time+. I have been taking Nuchido Time+ daily for almost exactly three years. Unlike other products, you take a systemic pharmacological approach which not only provides the raw material (vitamin B3) but also ensures that, on the one hand, the body’s own energy production is kick-started and, on the other, energy consumption is regulated to counter inflammatory processes. I particularly appreciate this aspect. I am 62 years old and actually feel as though I’m in my mid-thirties. Below are my observations:
- A marked improvement in my complexion (fewer wrinkles, finer-pored and softer skin, and an overall fresher appearance)
- My sensitivity to the cold has noticeably reduced
- A massive increase in strength endurance. Particularly when it comes to pull-ups, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of repetitions I can manage. I’ve also noticed significant improvements across the board in other exercises, albeit not as dramatic as in my back muscles. Muscle soreness after training sessions has reduced and also subsides much more quickly.
- Better endurance when jogging and an improvement in my sprinting ability. I’ve also discovered, quite by chance, that I’ve become faster when out walking.
- Thanks to my apparently improved metabolism, I find it incredibly easy to maintain my weight (approx. 73 kg at 1.80 m). My muscle-to-fat ratio has also visibly improved.
- Overall, I feel a surge of energy that I wouldn’t have thought possible.
A few comments on this. I’ve been practising biohacking at an amateur level for many years now and therefore already pay attention to many things (regular strength training, interval jogging, long walks, a diet as healthy as possible with plenty of fruit and vegetables, virtually no ready meals, as much sleep as possible, avoiding chronic stress where possible, red light therapy for about a year, various other dietary supplements, etc.). However, I tend to attribute all the improvements mentioned to Nuchido Time+.
Even before taking Nuchido Time+, my biological age was over 20 years younger than my chronological age, according to the Glycan Age test. In my most recent age test, the difference was still 20 years. So, my biological age didn’t improve as a result of taking Nuchido Time+, but my results were already so good beforehand that there was little scope for Nuchido Time+ to bring about further improvements. Nevertheless, the benefits of Nuchido Time+ are so significant that I wouldn’t want to be without it. Added to this, of course, is the well-founded hope that Nuchido Time+ will contribute to improved DNA repair by raising NAD+ levels. You don’t feel this directly, of course, but ultimately, in the event of doubt, this may protect against serious illnesses or delay their onset.
Admittedly, the product is certainly not cheap, but the development costs need to be recouped, particularly for a young company; marketing to raise awareness is also very costly, and I’m sure that Nuchido is already conducting research into new products. Naturally, substantial investment is required for this too.
It is interesting to note that, in recent years, Nuchido has filed several patents that go well beyond a standard dietary supplement and address various mechanisms of NAD+ regulation. This suggests that its research activities are broader in scope than just TIME+. The most interesting indication: Nuchido already holds a senolytic patent
As early as 2021, Nuchido filed a patent entitled “Senolytic Compounds and Compositions”. This explicitly concerns active substances that selectively kill senescent cells. This is not a general anti-ageing patent, but deals directly with the elimination of ageing cells.
Among others, the following substances are mentioned:
Quercetin
Apigenin
EGCG
Magnolol
Honokiol
Niclosamide
Artemisinin
Alpha-lipoic acid
Resveratrol
It is interesting to note that the patent describes not only individual active ingredients, but also combinations designed to enhance each other’s effects. Another patent, published as recently as 2025/2026, deals with oxidative and mitochondrial stress. What stands out is the very long list of possible ingredients, including fisetin, luteolin, berberine, NMN, NR, nicotinamide, EGCG, curcumin and many other plant compounds.
To me, this suggests a kind of modular system. In any case, I am looking forward to Nuchido’s new product developments with great interest.
Kind regards,
Egbert Rapp
